⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Dr. Efe Ejenavi highly enough. I went into my consultation and subsequent gastroscopy carrying a great deal of anxiety. I have a longstanding throat phobia, and after weeks of upper abdominal pain, bloating, early satiety, burping and constant worry about what might be causing my symptoms, I was honestly terrified—not just of the procedure itself, but of what it might reveal. From the very first consultation, Dr. Ejenavi immediately inspired confidence. He listened carefully, never rushed me, took my concerns seriously, and explained everything in a calm, clear and reassuring way. At no point did I feel dismissed or like “just another patient.” He struck the perfect balance between professionalism, honesty and genuine compassion. On the day of my gastroscopy, I was extremely anxious. The nursing staff recognised this, and when Dr. Ejenavi came to see me before the procedure, he took the time to reassure me personally. His calm manner immediately reduced my anxiety. He explained what would happen, answered my questions, and made me feel completely safe in his care. The procedure itself was the exact opposite of what I had feared. Thanks to Dr. Ejenavi and his team, it was smooth, gentle and far easier than I could ever have imagined. Despite years of worrying about anything involving my throat, I experienced no pain and virtually no discomfort—just a little gagging for a few moments. In fact, I was even able to watch the procedure on the monitor while he carefully examined my stomach and took biopsies. It was over in around ten minutes, and afte...

I had been passed pillar to post with the nhs and finally made the decision to make the appointment. Dr Efe made me feel so at ease from the first moment we walked into the room. Listened to everything I had to say and made me feel so understood. Gave me a few different treatment options to choose from. Very grateful to have seen him today.

The time I spent with Dr Efe Ejenavi was the best investment in my health that I could have wished for. The consultation with the doctor reassured me that I was finally being listened to since 2014. He came up with a plan to make investigations and test that made so much sense to me. I can now relax a little in the reassurance that I will get a diagnosis and hopefully a treatment plan to finally ease my debilitating condition. Thank You.

Dr Ejenavi is very knowledgable, professional and reassuring. My process from consultation to procedure ran very smoothly and everything was explained in detail. During the procedure I experienced very minimal discomfort and was in and out fairly quickly, and he made sure to reassure that everything seemed normal but was running further tests just to rule out things he could not see.
