Dr Edward Chandy

Dr Edward Chandy is an experienced Consultant Clinical Oncologist specialising in the comprehensive care of patients with cancer. His primary clinical focus encompasses neuro-oncology and thoracic radiotherapy, delivering care for individuals diagnosed with brain tumours, spinal tumours, brain metastases, and lung cancers. Serving as a Clinical Lead in radiotherapy, Dr Chandy is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care that incorporates advanced radiation technology alongside tailored systemic therapies such as chemotherapy.

Dr Chandy boasts an extensive academic background, having completed his medical degree (MBChB) along with a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science, and a Doctor of Medicine by Research (MD Res). He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR). Alongside his clinical work, Dr Chandy is actively involved in clinical research and holds a Senior Research Fellow position dedicated to advancing medical imaging computing, artificial intelligence applications, and radiation toxicity analysis in cancer treatment.
