Mr Ed da Silva

Ed da Silva is a registered osteopath with a Master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy, qualifying in 2022. He takes a structural approach to treatment, with a strong belief in the value of movement and exercise as key components of long-term recovery and overall wellbeing.

With nearly a decade of experience as a personal trainer, Ed integrates rehabilitation exercises into his osteopathic care, helping patients regain function, build resilience, and reduce the risk of re-injury. His combined knowledge of fitness and manual therapy allows him to tailor treatments that support both recovery and performance.

Originally from Brazil, Ed is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, enabling him to support a diverse range of patients. In addition to his clinical work, he continues to teach BODYPUMP classes and trains clients privately. His areas of expertise include osteopathy, sports and remedial massage, deep tissue massage, clinical Pilates, and personal training. Ed’s goal is to empower his patients through movement, helping them build strength, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.

Outside of practice, Ed is passionate about bodybuilding, karate, and ice skating, and is currently learning British Sign Language.
