About Dr Tsui Chin Ling
Dr. Tsui Chin Ling is a Consultant Dermatologist working for Salford Royal Hospital, Northern Care Alliance. She has been working in the Greater Manchester area since 2005 as a consultant. She manages all aspects of General Dermatology including psoriasis, eczema, other skin rashes, acne, sun damage, pigmentation, warts, skin surgery, benign and malignant skin lesions. She has a specialist interest in photosensitivity (particularly Polymorphic Light Eruption), and Phototherapy. She consults privately at at the Beaumont Hospital (Bolton), Highfield Hospital (Rochdale), and Circle Cheshire Clinic (Northwich).
Dr. Ling graduated in Medicine from the Queens University of Belfast in 1992. She then completed her specialist dermatology training in Greater Manchester and was awarded a specialist training certificate in 2005. Following this, she was appointed as Consultant Dermatologist in the same year. In 2009, she was awarded an MD in Photodermatology from the University of Manchester.She was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians in 2012.
Her key academic works include the main authorship of the National Guidelines for UVB, phototherapy and PUVA phototherapy.

The two appointments I had with her were great. Her advice was not only very I formative and helpful but also very empathetic.
I had been struggling for several months with what I thought was facial and scalp psoriasis, which was causing hair loss and a great deal of distress. Despite multiple visits to my GP, I wasn’t getting clarity or reassurance, so I decided to book an appointment with TsuI Ling. From the very first consultation, Tsui Ling was outstanding. She quickly and confidently diagnosed the issue and, just as importantly, immediately reassured me that it was something she could treat effectively. She put in place a clear, ongoing treatment plan to manage the condition long term, which gave me real confidence. Fast forward to now — my psoriasis has completely cleared, my hair is growing back and thanks to Tsui Ling I have a plan to keep the symptoms at bay. The difference has been life-changing. Tsui Ling has a wonderful bedside manner. She is professional, empathetic, and genuinely cares about her patients. I felt listened to, understood, and supported throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend Tsu Ling highly enough.
I’d has a skin problem on my face that was really concerning me. Dr Ling knew straight away what it was and prescribed the correct medication. She also discussed another issue when me and made recommendations
Dr Ling is very kind, thorough and professional. She performed two procedures to remove large benign cysts on my scalp. She took great care to ensure I was not in pain and has (according to my hairdresser today) done a very neat job. It was a very smooth process and I would not hesitate to see Dr Ling again, should it ever be necessary.

Dr Ling is knowledgeable and confident, and took time to carefully explain everything to me which put me at ease.
