Despite it being a heavy surgery with lots of people, Sonali couldn't have been more welcoming and calm. Just what you want with a sick child. Our granddaughter really took to her and still speaks of her now. The advice was spot on and the fact that an issue had NEVER been picked up via normal GP was picked up immediately by Sonali speaks volumes. Thanks for your time and patience
We were so grateful to Dr. D’Cruz for fitting us in at the last minute. She took the time to listen carefully and treated my daughter’s long-standing cough, which had been troubling her for ages. The equipment needed to do some of the testing (lung function and fino test) wasn't operational at princess Margaret and i needed to reach out to NHS to get those tests done.
