It was so lovely to meet the doctor on her clinic and she was so reassuring and so in depth with her line of questions and what really made us feel secure it was the fact that she was very knowledgeable and she was not rushing through the appointment.

My appointment was for my 9 year old son. Dr. D'Cruz had a lovely manner with him and explained all the terms to him in child-friendly speech. She also took the time to answer questions and concerns I had, without it feeling rushed.
