I have always found Dr. Hull very professional and seems to have and in a way that even I a natural empathy. He is very reassuring and has answered my questions promptly and in a way that even I can understand,In other words I feel ['m in good hands.
I was very pleased with the video consultation. Dr Richard Hull asked me numerous questions trying to pin point my problems and understand what had occurred some months earlier. He did not rush me and by the end of the consultation I felt that I was in good hands and from that time on things have happened very quickly. It has made me feel so much more relaxed and I have confidence that he will find out what is causing me my kidney problems.
I was feeling very unwell on the day of my appointment and very anxious about my'mystery illness' Dr Hull was very empathetic and calm in his approach, allowed me to ask questions throughout the session and asked me if I had more questions at the end. i felt that he checked me thoroughly and really listened to the complex account of the illness and my mixed symptoms. He gave me confidence in his explanation of the plan and the investigations to be done. Despite my impatience to find out my diagnosis I felt that I could trust him and stay with the process at present. I felt supported in his attitude toward the balance of psychological and physical factors, which so many doctors ignore. Thank you for a supportive consultation.
He was very clear in his explanations to both myself and my sixteen year old son (the patient) whilst at the same time being very reassuring. He was very easy to talk to and took time to answer all of our questions. His secretary was also delightful to deal with so overall a very positive experience.
Dr. Hull discussed my medical condition in depth and reviewed my previous investigations thoroughly. He also shared with me, as a fellow medic, the most recent approach, medication and recommendations. Regarding my condition. I am looking forward to my follow up consultation with Dr. Hull.
Dr Hull service was excellent, he took the time to explain details of my condition which i didnt actually know, he covered the studies for all the major treatments so I could make an informed decision based on actual data. I would highly recommend Dr Hull especially if you would like an unbiased opinion
Fantastic advise, in-depth and clear.
I went to see Dr Hull with a list of questions. He was excellent - he took his time and patiently answered each one, providing really clear explanations. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Hull - if I had a similar problem again, I would have no hesitation in going back to see him. Thank you very much, Dr Hull.
