Dr Glynne obtained his medical degree at University College London in 1992, completing his clinical training at University College London Hospital and The Hammersmith Hospital in 2003, specialising in General Internal Medicine and Critical Care. In 2002, he was awarded his PhD by Imperial College London and in 2005, he was awarded his Fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians of London.
Dr Glynne is highly skilled in complex diagnostic work, encompassing all aspects of general internal medicine, and has extensive experience investigating atypical or inexplicable symptoms. His expertise is sought by other physicians on and around Harley Street. Dr Glynne is renowned for his patient-centred approach, taking a holistic view of the patient and tackling complex clinical problems with a fresh perspective.
Dr Glynne has developed a keen interest in post-COVID (Long-COVID) and post-COVID vaccine syndromes, and is the lead researcher of the only Long-COVID clinical research programme in the independent sector.
He is widely published and frequently lectures on his research in this field. Dr Glynne also heads the team of acute care consultants at The Physicians' Clinic, who are available to GPs and other consultants to support them with acutely ill patients. The Physicians' Clinic offers private patients acute medical admission to The Princess Grace Hospital.

I was referred to Dr Glynne for complex and confusing medical issues. He was the only doctor I have come across who could see the ‘bigger picture’ & connect all the dots to explain and explore my medical issues. He has a lovely calm manner and seems to genuinely care. He explains things clearly and is ready to go explore all avenues to find the cause of your problems. I feel more doctors should be trained by him!

Dr Glynne turned my Long Covid recovery around. I was severe for 6 months and then moderate for another 6 months before I met him. His bedside manner is excellent and he was the first doctor who tried to treat me. He is really excellent and I am very grateful to him.
