The phone call was 15 minutes late, which was a bit nerve wracking, as this was my first experience of a telephone consultation. Other than that, all good.

It was a phone consultation, very clear information was given and and care was taken to ensure I had understood the extent of my condition

My appointment was a scheduled telephone call. Professor Ullah had read my medical history and clearly detailed options for the next stage of treatment. He responded to my questions and passed on the Cadiology help line number for further details and answers to any further question. He will copy me the letter he will send to my GP. The discussion was not rushed and I will now review the options and determine my preferred option.

Prof. Ullah is polite, professional and thorough. He takes the time to listen to details, provides excellent personalised advice and clearly outlines the next steps in care. Whilst I would prefer not to need to visit cardiology, I feel genuinely grateful and reassured to be under the care of such a fantastic doctor.
