Dr Simon Davison

Dr Simon Davison is a Consultant Dermatologist. Although they have a specialist interest in inflammatory skin disease and skin oncology, Dr Davison would consider themself a general adult and paediatric dermatologist, and sees all aspects of skin disease.

Dr Davison graduated with honours in both surgery and pathology. They were awarded the Grainger Prize for Dermatology (Guy's & St. Thomas') and Clinical excellence awards (BHR NHS Trust).

Dr Davison has published multiple journal publications, across a wide range of dermatological conditions, mostly relating to immune dysfunction in psoriasis and eczema. They have also published a textbook of psoriasis. Dr Davison regularly holds a skin club with local GPs, where patients with challenging skin conditions are presented for discussion (both for patient management and GP education).

Dr Davison is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists.
