Dr Shabbir Moochhala

Dr Moochhala is the epitome of a professional. Since being referred to him by another consultant, my care from him and his team, has been outstanding. He takes the time to truly actively listen and understand symptoms, as well as his patients experiences, looking at issues holistically as opposed to in silo. His explanations are clear, knowledgeable and assured. No question is too much and both him and his team are always quick to respond. I cannot recommend Dr Moochhala enough.

Dr Moochhala is one of the best specialists I have seen. He is patient, caring and understands the needs of the patient. He is very thorough and looks at every aspect of the patients condition before making any diagnosis and takes into account any existing medical conditions.

Dr Moochhala is an outstanding Doctor - Professional, kind, compassionate, diligent and extremely knowledgeable. These are qualities which Dr Moochhala has in abundance, both as a Nephrologist and a specialist in rare disease. Dr Moochhala is an excellent Doctor whom I am greatly indebted to. I first came to Dr Moochhala due to my renal history. Dr Moochhala listened and through thorough investigation discovered I had rare disease. Dr Moochhala was able to help me navigate a pathway to appropriate testing and treatment. I honestly believe that without the knowledge, support, interest and kindness of Dr Moochhala that I would not have got diagnosis and a treatment plan which I so desperately needed. Dr Moochhala certainly goes above and beyond for his patients. I don't often leave reviewsbut felt it would be unjust to not let others know what an excellent Doctor Dr Moochhala is.

My experience with Dr Moochhala was exceptional. He was courteous, warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately. He discussed my results in detail in a way that I could understand perfectly and when we ended then consultation I felt I had total clarity.

My consultation with Dr Moochhala went very well. He listened carefully, explained the diagnosis in detail, and had a very pleasant and caring manner.

I found my experience of Dr. Moochalla's care for me during my recent illness to have been especially unique and beneficial in explaining each step in my recovery. He carefully explained what had produced my medical problem and what had been the reasons for me having to be rushed to hospital. He then very cogently explained to a rather anxious patient, the steps he had taken with my medications, to reduce my dangerously high potassium levels and the extra need to ensure that my other many health problems and medications were adjusted so as not to affect these while he restored my levels to normal over a period of three weeks of treatment. I have had the benefit of exceptional consultants for my various illnesses. Dr. Moochhala stands out as a great physician among them and I shall always appreciate his kindness and care during this very anxious time for my wife and me.

I have got not a simple case with a rich history of renal disorders in my family, and with Dr Moochhala I both stopped the progression of my disorder and felt safe and supported. He proved to be an amazing professional who gives full attention to your case, spending as much time with you as it is necessary to get all the details, ask meaningful questions, provide his recommendations and explain the reasons behind them. When it comes to interventions or treatment, he carefully weighs all the benefits vs risks and side-effects and flexibly adjusts the course of treatment when presented with the new information. I can't recommend him enough.

Consultation with Dr Moochhala I felt fully listened to and heard by Dr Moochhala. He was clear and patient in his explanations, ensuring that I understood everything which alleviated my anxiety. I am very glad to have found him and would recommend him without hesitation.

My husband and I were delighted with our consultations with and care by Dr Moochhala. A pleasant manner and calm approach are important when talking about health problems and we were very satisfied. I am always looking for more and more clarification when discussing tests and their results and the nature of the illness in question.

Dr Moochhala was very polite, understanding of my health situation/condition and offered the best possible plan to improve my health, was a pleasure to be in his company. He was also very knowledgeable and skilled within his field of health care. Highly recommended.
