Cardiology review. Thorough review and also considered other health issues which may be linked. I was listened to and my concerns were addressed and time was taken to address the effects on my other illnesses and help and reassurance was given.
It was the first time I had visited Fingerpost clinic. It was a nice clean and bright building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The dr and staff in the heart failure clinic were lovely and very knowledgeable and professional.
Appointment was made on time, friendly and informative helped by Mr Katira and the other Heart Failure team present. The follow up treatment (Pilot Programme) of Frusemide Infusion was agreed and acted upon with speed. The procedure and possible outcomes was explained to me. The initial procedure was not successful but led to extended infusions as an out-patient which achieved the aim of leg fluid reduction. I have always found the Heart Failure team to be patient, courteous and professional and Mr Katira's first interaction with me was no different. Thanks to all concerned.
