About Dr Pick-Ngor Woo
Dr Pick-Ngor Woo is a Consultant Dermatologist in Northampton with expertise across general dermatology, skin cancer and dermatological surgery. She treats both adults and children, with clinical interests including psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, hidradenitis suppurativa, hyperhidrosis, vulval skin conditions and disorders affecting the hair and nails.
After qualifying in medicine from the University of Glasgow, Dr Woo completed dermatology training across several UK centres, including Glasgow, Aberdeen, Salford, Birmingham, Cardiff and Newcastle. Her further training included dermatological surgery and Mohs surgery, supporting her particular interest in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment.
She joined Northampton General Hospital as a Consultant Dermatologist in 2008 and led the Dermatology Team there for ten years. Dr Woo has also been involved in clinical research, including studies in psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, rosacea, skin cancer and skin surgery, and contributes to the supervision and education of trainee doctors and medical students.
