About Dr Paul Rolfe

Dr Paul Rolfe is a Consultant in Pain Medicine with additional expertise in paediatric anaesthesia, providing specialist assessment and treatment for a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions. He practises at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital and Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital, where he delivers evidence-based, patient-centred care tailored to individual needs.

Dr Rolfe graduated with an MB BChir from the University of Cambridge in 1998 before completing specialist training in anaesthesia across East Anglia and London. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2004 and subsequently achieved Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2014. His advanced training encompasses both pain medicine and paediatric anaesthesia, providing him with broad expertise in managing complex pain presentations.

His clinical practice focuses on interventional pain management, using advanced techniques to diagnose and treat conditions such as back pain, sciatica, and other musculoskeletal and nerve-related disorders.
