Dr Patrick Heck

I was pleased to see Dr Heck as a follow up from my last appointment 9 months ago. As always, he's a really easy person to talk to, with a great sense of humour! He takes time to be sure that I had asked all the questions I had in mind. Dr Heck is always clear in his answers & explanations & listens carefully both to myself & my husband who accompanied me.

Based on several years’ experience as a cardiac patient, I would rate Dr Heck’s professional expertise and care extremely highly. Moreover, in every interaction he has been attentive and responsive. I have received clear explanation of issues and have felt fully involved in deciding between treatment options. My most recent visits were follow-up consultations in August and November 2025.

Timely, friendly & easy to understand. I feel confident I'm being listened to & my concerns are addressed.

Dr Heck was engaged, clear, detailed, informative and reassuring. He made the most of the time I was with him.

I was immediately put at ease by Dr. Hecks friendly manner. He showed understanding, and was clear and informative when answering my questions. I felt it was a positive consultation and gave me the confidence to take the decision to have ablation.

Felt anxious about the visit but had no need to. Mr Heck is one of the nicest person I have ever met whilst dealing with my heart problem. He warmly welcomed me which put me at ease straight away. He explained things clearly and thoroughly and in detail explaining things none of the other doctors / cardiologists have done. So I have a better knowledge of exactly what is the matter with my heart. He explained the best route to take for the future and I am happy to go with his suggestion. I left the clinic feeling much happier than when I went in and not so anxious about the next step in my treatment. So I thank Dr Heck for that. Generally a very nice clinic to visit. The girls at the desk and the nurses all very lovely and welcoming.

Dr Heck seems to enjoy his work. He was approachable, interested and explained things very clearly in an unhurried way. The consultation exceeded my expectations and was very helpful.
