About Miss Natalie Brookes
After graduating Medicine at Trinity College, Oxford University, Dr Natalie Brookes trained in general Ear, Nose & Throat surgery on the North Thames Surgical Rotation in London. Specialised training in Rhinology was undertaken at Charing Cross, Royal Brompton and the Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospitals. Her Rhinological and Facial Plastics training was completed during clinical fellowships in Adelaide, Zurich, Paris and Stuttgart.
During her career, Dr Brookes has published several papers on rhinological topics and also presented on numerous occasions. She was also appointed Honorary Senior Lecturer in Otolaryngology at the Institute of Laryngology and Otology.
Dr Brookes founded The Harley Street ENT Clinic in 2004 with her husband Dr Gerald Brookes.

As said earlier. From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. Just to be given time to speak to what is ailing you, was a new experience for me in terms of seeking medical treatment. Also to be seen pretty much immediately. Rather than being told ‘we have accepted your referral, with no idea of when you might receive an appointment. I love our NHS, but sadly, it is simply not possible to diagnose and treat in 10 minutes and it is nigh on impossible with that kind of time constraints to look at health issues holistically. Bless these doctors, but the system works against them. At the end of the day. Patients wanted to be treated humanely and not just a number. For the first time in weeks I was able to attend an event in Zoom because I could suddenly hear again. All because the doctor was able to take time to assess and treat. I would happily recommend anyone who is experiencing issues to a consultation and treatment with this brilliant practitioner. Thank you. Yvonne

Mrs Brookes was excellent in her diagnosis of my ENT issues. She was very thorough and took the time to explain clearly her findings and how to resolve them. She was very approachable and I felt very reassured after my consultation. . I would highly recommend her!
The respect with which the rest of the team talked about her was an early indicator and certainly matched by the experience of the consultation - very evidently an expert concerned fully about her patients and keen to tap into the maximum of information for diagnosis as well as share as many insights as possible in the session itself.
