Thank you so much for your excellent work. Friendly and reassuring through difficult days and explaining things in an easy to understand way. Thank you so much for everything. Marvellous throughout.
Had a great experience at the welbeck clinic and especially with Professor Malcom Finlay, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so well.
Friendly and professional and happy to accommodate patient’s travel and availability and to answers any questions or concerns.
My appointment with Professor Finlay was excellent. He was courteous and professional, listening carefully to me and assessing information thoughtfully and with expertise. The meeting was unhurried and thorough and concluded with a plan of action that has given me confidence and reassurance. Thankyou
I first saw Professor Finlay as an NHS patient in January 2025 and one of the first things he said was that he could definitely improve my heart arrhythmia and improve my quality of life. He was right. He explained everything clearly without a lot of medical jargon and listened to my concerns. He is down to earth and doesn’t sugar coat things. He has seen me regularly for consultations and carried out another procedure when it became necessary. In these days where it’s sometimes difficult to trust people, I can honestly say that I trust Professor Finlay 100% to do the very best for me. I feel great and at 82 looking forward to travelling to Cairo next month.
Professor Finlay has a great way of translating medical terminology into practical, understandable language. He has a calm professionalism and is a clear expert in his field which makes you feel completely safe in his care. First class.
I am so very impressed with Dr. Finlay. He is clearly so caring and patient and explains everything so well so that one can understand even quite complex things. His reports are excellent too. I feel very lucky to have such a terrific consultant. A huge thank you to Dr Finlay and Kitti and all his team.

Thank YOU for your kind words. They are much appreciated.
I requested a video call with Professor Finlay as it was only for a follow up chat. Once again Professor Finlay was easy to talk to, he listened to me and gave me advice and reassurance. Whilst he is extremely professional, he was very down to earth which I appreciated greatly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone in the future.

I'm glad you found this helpful. Thank you.
Everything - from initial consultation, pre-op briefing, the procedure and the follow on care - was excellent. Prof Finlay took plenty of time to fully explain and to listen to any of my concerns. Going to London was a bit of a journey but would not have wanted anyone else to treat me.

This is the service we aim to provide, I'm so glad your experience was good.
Really excellent in every way. Thank you
