Despite having little knowledge of the MOH's procedure, I was immediately put at ease by Dr Bhargava, whom I found totally professional from start to finish. My initial appointment was on time and I was given a detailed description of the proposed procedure; only problem was the waiting time as it was just on the run-up to Christmas. Obviously a sign that the Dr was really busy always a good sign. He also suggested that the only available date at the time was not ideal, in that he would not have been there over the Christmas period should any post-operative procedure arise, which I found truly professional. I had the MOH's procedure at the end of January, and any anxiety I had on the run-up was soon dispelled when Dr B came out to greet me - again on time, and totally charming, talking me through the procedure every step of the way. I was home before I knew it, had virtually no post-procedural pain, needing only 3 Paracetamol tablets prior to the appointment to remove the stitches the following week. I was given a gel to us to help the scar to heal, which I am using religiously on the run-up to my check-up in three months time. I have to say that I had reservations about having the procedure in the first instance, but once in the professional hands of Dr B, I felt totally confident and can only say that the experience could not have been better. Inicidentally, I was offered the procedure on the NHS, but with a 9-month wait! Really glad that I had it on my PMI.

Outstanding work by a great Doctor who is very genuine in caring for his patients.

I have been treated by Dr Bhargava on two occasions - both have been extremely positive experiences. He is very approachable, he explains all the options available to you and you will never feel forced into a decision. He is on hand if you have further queries following your consultation and provides you with reassurance so you feel as comfortable as is possible before undergoing an operation. In addition I had concerns over how I might scar after the procedure, as I have tendency for my scars to stretch and thicken but with his skill and following his directions for after care my scar is barely visible - so I am truly delighted. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Dr Barghava

Dr Bhargava is a consummate professional and a genuinely lovely man. His focus was on the quality of my care and my comfort. Through every step of the process I felt like a valued client. He's very good at his job!! He managed to perform procedures on rather sensitive areas of my body and did so in such a way that my discomfort was very much minimised. I'd have no hesitation in calling Dr B in future!

Very clear explanation of problem statement and next steps. Use of technology also helpfully introduced. Prognosis to remove relatively lower risk mole fully supported as was decision to maintain a watch on a left cheek mole which has been in place for a number of years without any noticeable change.
