Dr Pattle has been an incredible doctor, and I feel very lucky to have had her looking after me. While I was away at university, I became seriously unwell with a very high temperature. After being turned away from an urgent care centre because they had reached capacity, Dr Pattle carried out a thorough remote assessment, carefully assessed my symptoms and photographs, and quickly diagnosed the problem. She prescribed the right treatment immediately, and I recovered very quickly. At a time when I felt frightened and far from home, knowing she was there for me meant more than I can say. She is not only an excellent clinician but also incredibly kind, reassuring and approachable. She always takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me and would recommend her without hesitation.
