Dr Ian Whitcroft

Dr. Ian Whitcroft is a highly respected Consultant Dermatologist at Lido Dermatology and Wellness Clinic, renowned for his expertise in treating complex skin conditions and advancing dermatological research.

Dr Whitcroft undertook his undergraduate Medical School training at Liverpool Medical School and later on he emigrated to the USA where he undertook further training in Dermatology and Dermatological Surgery where he achieved his Diploma of the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr Whitcroft moved over to Jersey 15 years ago and has got over 40 years of experience. Dr Whitcroft provides non-surgical and surgical dermatology services.

With a main focus on skin cancer diagnostics and surgical treatments, Dr Whitcroft is also an expert in offering advanced procedures like laser therapy and treatments for acne, eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions.

Outside of the clinic, Dr Whitcroft finds relaxation in the timeless melodies of classical music and is deeply fascinated by reading books on history and archaeology. In his free time, Dr Whitcroft is also a lifelong fan of rugby, they not only enjoy watching the sport but also have a deep personal connection, having played it for several years. This love for rugby has instilled in them a sense of teamwork and resilience that carries over into all areas of their life.
