On my first consultation it took us a 3hr round trip for a 10min appointment, maybe this could have been done over the phone as it was for a endoscopy. Just a thought!

Dr Bird was very friendly and made me feel comfortable talking to him.
Very happy with his explanation of how the investigation would proceed with regard to the gastroscopy. I’m not sure what the next steps are as I’m awaiting the results of the biopsies, and the discharge nurse said this would be advised by telephone appointment with Dr Bird.
