Dr Crespi saw our son when our GP suggested he may be coeliac following a blood test but the NHS couldn’t see him for over a year. We decided to go private to reduce any damage continued consumption of gluten would cause. Dr Crespi was brilliant, attentive and looked after all of us not just our son. Tests were arranged quickly and results were reviewed and discussed with us at a follow up consultation.
Dr Crespi was extremely kind and caring when we went to see him about our 9 year old daughter. He has a great bedside manner and is empathetic and approachable. He provided us with excellent advice. We highly recommend him.
We consider ourselves absolutely lucky to have had Dr. Crespi treat our son. With our son displaying some rare symptoms, we met several well respected doctors, all of whom came well short in truly understanding and diagnosing our son, despite their best efforts. From our very first conversation with Dr. Crespi however, he showed a passion to understand and carefully consider his next steps so as to guide us properly. He suggested we do some additional tests because he suspected a rare disorder that if left untreated, could have serious consequences. He wasted no time in getting these tests done, and throughout the process kept us fully informed, calm and relaxed about what the next steps would be if in fact his hypothesis was correct. As it turned out, he was absolutely right in identifying a rare disorder that affects 1 in 100,000 people. He walked us through how it was fully manageable with various options to treat it so that our son would be able to get back to a healthy normal life. We put all of our trust in Dr. Crespi and in turn, he was with every step of the way until our son had received the appropriate treatment from the appropriate specialist that he found and who is now well on his way to a full recovery. Dr. Crespi did not care about day or night, weekday or weekend, as he knew that we were very stressed, and that our son was in discomfort. He knew that every hour that passed was one of discomfort for our son and so he fast tracked everything he could to get us the help and support we needed. When it was all done and our son was treated, he continued to inquire about our son and still does to this day. Lucky is the family that gets such a thoughtful, highly experienced, and result oriented doctor like Dr. Crespi working with them. We will be forever grateful for his support.
We felt really lucky to have found Dr Crespi as a Gastro Consultant for our 14 year old son. This is an uncomfortable conversation for teens but Dr Crespi was great and explained everything really well in a reassuring manner. He was very inclusive with our son at every point of the conversation. We continue to be under the care of Dr Crespi and his team and feel genuinely lucky our son has such great care.
Dr Crespi was fantastic at putting my very embarrassed 11 year at ease. He was kind and understanding and helped us find a cause and a solution to our problems.
Dr. Crespi was very approachable and reassuring when we went to see him regarding our daughters. During our appointment he put together a comprehensive plan for us moving forward and was available for any follow up questions.
Thank you very much for your reassurance and excellent advice. We are very happy to have found your services.
Very friendly and professional, help us understanding the best thing to do with our daughter. Highly recommended!
Very approachable and took a very detailed history
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review. I strongly believe in taking a thorough history when we meet. It's the foundation to delivering high quality personalised care.
Calm and considerate of my 15 year olds sensitivity to the subject, tests taken quickly and results explained so I could understand, would recommend I’m a heart beat.
