Calm and considerate of my 15 year olds sensitivity to the subject, tests taken quickly and results explained so I could understand, would recommend I’m a heart beat.

Dr Crespi was very helpful to help my son, he explained the problem very well and he gave really useful advice on how to treat the problem.

We saw Dr Crespi on two occasions over video as we live over an hour from his London clinics. Our appointments were in relation to my 5 year old daughter's difficulties with constipation. Dr Crespi was very knowledgeable about treatment for childhood constipation and suggested changes to her existing treatment. More importantly he took a thorough history of her symptoms and symptoms in family members. At our first appointment he recommended tests for coeliac disease and wrote directly to our GP to request these. The results were positive and Dr Crespi was available over the phone to help us understand these results and to advise on next steps. He also communicated directly with our GP to ensure they organised immediate follow up as appropriate. In a subsequent appointment Dr Crespi took the time to formally diagnose our daughter and to explain the impactions of this. He advised us on what long term follow up we would require and again, spoke directly to our GP about how to arrange this locally. He also advised coeliac testing for our family. We felt informed and prioritised throughout our time under Dr Crespi. In my opinion, the most helpful factor was his willingness to liaise directly and immediately with our NHS GP to ensure appropriate follow up. This aspect is often lacking in private care but was seamless on this occasion. We are very grateful to Dr Crespi and his team and will certainly recommend his services to others.

Our 3.5y old son had a problem with constipation almost a year. He wanted to poo only in his pants and never in the potty. We tried everything to make him realise that he has to use potty if he wants to poo. We did not know at the time that he may have problem with constipation. Finally we found Dr Crespi who helped to understand the problem and we started with proper treatment. We cannot recommend Dr Crespi highly enough - he is very professional, very good listener, is very friendly and extremely approachable. We are really lucky that we found him. He has helped us enormously. After 2 months treatment our son has had only 1 accidents. He is using his potty regularily and it seems that the treatment has really worked. Very thorough examination & diagnosis delivered by Dr Crespi. The staff is very friendly and adapted to kids' requirements.

I really recommend Dr Crespi he is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable, my 6 month old has been battling with acid reflux for months and after seeing many Drs through NHS and privately, Dr Crespi is the only Dr who took it forward and referred us to his trusted dietician. Dr Crespi is not just a Dr, he is a superhero! After a long battle of trying to resolve my 6 year old daughters bowel issues with the NHS I was at the end of my tether and decided to self fund some private treatment. Dr Crespi was not recommended to me, I found him on google and read some brilliant reviews about him. I decided to give his secretary a call and within seconds of talking to her I knew I had struck gold. I was given an appointment within 24 hours! Dr Crespi was the most amazing Dr I have ever spoken to. He was so calm and kind and didn’t rush me at all. He listened to all the history and then spent some time asking questions. He spoke with my daughter who has additional needs and is petrified of Drs ... he completely won her over. I guess the most important bit is that he has already prescribed us a course of treatment which is working and has really improved her quality of life. He’s a real life hero and I’m so glad we found him.

One couldn't ask for a kinder, more helpful and attentive doctor than Dr. Crespi. Not only did he help us out quickly, he also took the embarrassment factor out of the equation. I couldn't recommend him more. Furthermore, the staff at Roman House were consistently friendly, patient and professional.
