Dr Chris Charles

Chris is an expert in providing high quality dental care,
individually tailored to the needs of each patient. His particular
interest is in cosmetic dentistry; he is highly skilled in the latest
techniques for seamlessly blended tooth-coloured fillings, aesthetic build-up
work, tooth whitening, same-day ‘Cerec' crowns, veneers, bridgework and complex
full mouth restorations. Chris is also
accomplished in cosmetic tooth implants, whether to replace a single tooth or
as part of a full smile makeover. He has
also achieved fantastic results for patients with Invisalign clear aligners to
straighten teeth over a relatively short timeframe.

Chris joined the team at Backwell Dental care in 2012 having
previously worked at dental practices in Bristol. He graduated in dentistry
from Bristol University, winning the Claudius Ash Prize in Dental Techniques
and the Ivoclar Vivadent Prize for Technical Excellence. Chris has also achieved
membership of the Royal College of Surgeons, and has completed the renowned
Advanced Dental Seminars course in cosmetic dentistry and advanced restorative
dentistry.

Chris always takes the time to fully explain various options
and works with you to ensure the best outcome. Patients comment that they feel
they are in safe hands, that he is very thorough, makes them feel at ease and
he has a great rapport with children.
