About Dr Aamir Aslam
Dr Aamir Aslam is a Consultant Rheumatologist. Dr Aslam graduated in Medicine from the University of Glasgow in 1998 and obtained membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2000.
Before specialising in rheumatology, Dr Aslam undertook higher specialist training in Clinical Immunology at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. Dr Aslam also spent time in Immunology research at the University of Oxford, graduating with a DPhil in 2010.
Dr Aslam then undertook higher specialist training in rheumatology in Leeds in 2011.
