Mr David Ellul

Mr David Ellul is a Consultant Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon with a sub-specialist interest in disorders of the nose and sinuses. Mr Ellul also has a keen interest in endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, and facial skin lumps and tumours.

Mr Ellul qualified in 2003. After completing post-graduate basic surgical training, he entered a six-year higher surgical training programme in Otolaryngology (ENT) in the East of Scotland Deanery. This provided him with training in all aspects of ear, nose, throat and neck surgery. He subsequently completed a further one-year advanced Rhinology training fellowship in Brisbane, Australia.

Mr Ellul is involved in postgraduate training of ENT surgeons in Scotland and is a faculty member of nasal and sinus surgery training courses at the Surgical Skills Centre in Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. He is also a faculty member on the FRCS examination preparatory course and teaches medical students at the University of Glasgow.
