Very efficient and excellent service. I would recommend to other people in need of help with snoring
I highly recommend Dr Simon. She diagnosed my sleep apnea and has been very efficient and helpful in suggesting ways to treat that alongside my TMJ disorder. An excellent bedside manner and very empathetic.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad I could help screen for sleep apnoea and support you in finding the right treatment approach alongside managing your TMJ.
Fabulous, experience, Clare is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! I truly appreciate your kind words and am so glad you had a great experience. It’s always my goal to provide the best care possible, and your recommendation means a lot. Looking forward to seeing you again!
Dr Simon was especially helpful in dealing with me as a nervous dental patient who needed extra reassurance and patience. I was able to successfully wear the device to sleep in just a few days. I’m glad I was encouraged to persevere as my husband can no longer hear me snoring which is a very positive outcome.

Thank you so much for your review! I'm so pleased to hear that you felt reassured and comfortable throughout the process. It’s great to know that you were able to adjust to the device so quickly and that it’s made such a positive difference for you—and your husband! I look forward to seeing you again in the future.
Clare is very friendly, calm and reassuring - explained everything and answered all questions thoroughly.

Thank you so much for your kind words! Looking forward to seeing you again!
I found Clare online when I was desperate to find solutions to my snoring. I was sleeping in separate bedrooms to my husband due to my snoring and this was very difficult. After having the device fitted, my snoring levels reduced immediately and I’m now back sharing a room again with my husband and couldn’t be happier!! A huge thank you!!!

Thank you so much for your very kind review! It was such a pleasure to help!
I recently visited Dr. Simon for a snoring device, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. She was incredibly kind and caring throughout the entire process, taking the time to fully explain the different devices and how they work. Thanks to her, my snoring has dramatically improved, and I'm feeling so much better overall. I truly appreciate all of her help and highly recommend her services!

Thank you so much for your lovely review. It was such a pleasure to help!
I came to see Clare to help with my sleep apnoea as I couldn’t get on with my CPAP mask and was recommended a mandibular advancement device. I am so grateful to have finally found a device that I can sleep with and that is actually comfortable!! I am feeling brilliant in the morning, with lots of energy and not snoring so my partner is happy. Thank you Clare for listening to all my concerns, talking me through every step of the journey and always answering my many questions!!

Thank you so much for your very kind review. It was such a pleasure to help and I am so pleased you are comfortable wearing your device!
Dr Clare has completely changed my sleep. I used to have incredibly disrupted sleep as my wife would wake me up due to my snoring but now we both sleep better! Clare took the time to listen to my concerns and really discuss with me what the best options would be. Can’t recommend her enough.

Thank you so much for your very kind review!
Dr Simon is a life changer. My snoring was not only loud and embarrassing but it made it difficult to sleep in the same room with my partner. Dr Simon meticulously listened to my symptoms and provided a customized mouth piece which reduced my snoring to almost nothing. My partner is no longer disturbed and I just generally feel better about myself with much better sleep. I now even wear the mouth device when I’m sleeping alone. I had tried over the counter methods and nothing worked. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Simon.

Thank you so much for your kind review! I am thrilled to hear how successful the device has been for you. Helping patients like you is what makes this work so fulfilling, and I truly appreciate your kind words!
Dr Simon is a highly specialised dentist offering non-invasive solutions for snoring and sleep apnoea, and this can be very helpful for patients who are unable to tolerate CPAP. Visiting a dentist can be daunting for many people, and Dr Simon's warm and reassuring bedside manner is appreciated by her patients. I would be very happy to recommend Dr Simon for anyone seeking expert support for their sleep apnoea.

💫 Even if you love your partner dearly, the sound from a snoring bed partner can be one of the most irritating sounds at night when you just want to get to sleep. So many times I hear people say: ✨’We have to sleep in separate bedrooms.’ ✨’I have to sleep wearing ear plugs.’ ✨’I have to fall asleep first.’ ✨’They can’t sleep facing me!’ Snoring intensity is measured in decibels (dB) and can range from mild (40dB) to more severe (over 60dB) so the sound can be extremely disruptive. Often it’s the snorer’s bed partner who ends up exhausted the next day rather than the snorer themselves! If you feel your partner’s snoring is stopping you from getting a good night’s sleep then please get in touch via DM for confidential advice to see how we can help. 💫 #snoring #sleep #relationshipgoals #marriage #help #dentist #sleepapnoea".

‼️Want to know why we snore?? Read below to explain all….. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ ✨ Snoring is a common occurrence that can disrupt both the snorer’s sleep and the sleep of those around them. It’s often caused by the relaxation of muscles in the throat, which can lead to the narrowing of the airway. ✨ When air passes through this narrowed space, it can cause vibrations in the tissues of the throat, resulting in the characteristic sound of snoring. Several factors can contribute to this muscle relaxation, including obesity, alcohol consumption, certain medications, and sleeping on one’s back. Additionally, anatomical factors such as enlarged tonsils or a deviated septum can also play a role. ✨ While occasional snoring is usually harmless, chronic snoring can be a sign of a more serious condition called sleep apnoea, where breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep. Here at The London Dental Sleep Clinic, we screen all our patients for sleep apnoea. If you or a loved one are snoring at night and would like to be assessed to see how we can help then PM for more details… 💫 #sleepapnoea #sleepapnea #snoring #goodnight #sleep #sleepwell #goodnight #health #wellbeing #dentist #airwaydentist #holistic".

Yes, they do and I’m going to tell you all about the ‘mouth guard’ otherwise known as the mandibular advancement device and why I have a problem with these over-the-counter devices.Greg Foot from BBC Radio 4’s Sliced Bread investigated mouthguards as an option to help a listener stop snoring and improve sleep. These devices are officially known as mandibular advancement devices (MADs) and they work by gently positioning the lower jaw forward which in turn helps keep the tongue forward and opens
