Dr Chioma Chilaka

Dr Chioma Chilaka is a dedicated and accomplished medical doctor with a strong clinical and academic background in women’s health. She graduated with a BM BS from the University of Nottingham in 2013, laying the foundation for a career focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. She is currently a trainee doctor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, where she is developing broad expertise across all aspects of the specialty.

Dr Chilaka has a particular interest in urogynaecology, a subspecialty concerned with pelvic floor disorders, continence, and complex gynaecological conditions that significantly impact women’s quality of life. Her commitment to advancing knowledge and improving clinical outcomes is reflected in her role as a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham, where she contributed to academic research alongside her clinical training. This experience strengthened her skills in critical analysis, evidence-based practice, and the translation of research into meaningful improvements in patient care.
