Charlotte Vaile

Charlotte Vaile is a seasoned Clinical Manager and Physiotherapist with a diverse background in the NHS, professional sports, and private practice. As the clinic manager at Pure Sports Medicine in Moorgate since November 2021, Charlotte brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Charlotte's career experience began at a premiership rugby club during her university years. Following her graduation, she relocated to London, where she worked at esteemed institutions such as the Royal London Hospital and St Bartholomew’s Hospital. Here, she honed her skills in major trauma, orthopaedics, and cardiovascular rehabilitation. Additionally, Charlotte served as a pitch-side therapist for a premier league football club.

Specialising in diagnosing and treating a wide range of injuries, Charlotte utilises her expertise in rehab and exercise treatments. Her patient portfolio ranges from Team GB athletes to desk-based city workers. Collaborating closely with orthopaedic surgeons, strength and conditioning coaches, and soft tissue therapists, Charlotte tailors rehab protocols to individual needs and assists with pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Charlotte has a passion for skiing, having completed a ski season in France. She also enjoys participating in a local recreational netball league.

Charlotte's specialist interests include Sports Injuries, Acupuncture, Tendinopathies, Hand Therapy, Nerve Pain, Pre & Post Surgery Rehabilitation, and Joint Pain. Currently, she serves as a Physiotherapist at Pure Sports Medicine's Moorgate Clinic, continuing her mission to provide exemplary care and support to her patients.
