About True Physio Congleton
True Physio Congleton is a private physiotherapy clinic based within Congleton Leisure Centre on Worrall Street, supporting individuals of all ages with musculoskeletal pain, injuries and movement problems. The clinic provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation as part of the wider True Physio group.
Our Chartered and HCPC-registered Physiotherapists work with a broad range of conditions, including back and neck pain, joint problems, sports and activity-related injuries, muscle and soft tissue injuries, persistent pain and rehabilitation following surgery. Sports physiotherapy and massage therapy are also available, helping patients with recovery, muscular tension and returning to exercise or activity.
Your first appointment involves a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, movement and personal goals. Your physiotherapist can then create an individual treatment and rehabilitation plan, which may combine hands-on physiotherapy, exercise and progressive strengthening based on your needs.
The Congleton clinic is located within Congleton Leisure Centre, providing a convenient setting for assessment and rehabilitation. Free parking is available at the Leisure Centre, with daytime and evening appointments offered during the week.

Every each of my visit was on the highest level, very peaceful quiet with no delays. I am very happy overall
After suffering a serious accident last year, I was told that I would likely always walk with a limp and that I had a long road of rehabilitation ahead of me. I decided to use True Physio for my rehabilitation, and it has genuinely been one of the best decisions I could have made. A massive part of my recovery has been down to my physio, John. He has been absolutely brilliant from day one. His knowledge, encouragement and determination to keep pushing my rehabilitation forward have been incredible. He’s known exactly when to push me harder and when to adapt things, and I honestly don’t think I would be anywhere near where I am today without him. Thanks to John and the fantastic team at True Physio, I’m now around 12 months ahead of my original recovery timeline. Even my surgeon has been amazed by the progress I’ve made, especially considering the original prognosis. The care and support I’ve received throughout the whole process has been second to none. John is an exceptional physio and a real credit to True Physio. I genuinely can’t thank John and the whole team enough for what they’ve done for me. I went into this being told I would always walk with a limp, and the progress I’ve made since then speaks for itself. I couldn’t recommend John and True Physio highly enough.
John chatted about any issues since last visit. Then worked on back then advised me not to move heavy things about. I'm moving houses and told him I will try to be good but can't promise it. He laughed and said see you in 2 weeks Top bloke

John is a fantastic physio. Extremely knowledgeable and has sorted out a number of issues for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s so good in fact that I recommended him to my own PT who now also highly rates him. In addition he’s an all round great guy and gentleman.
