Dr Ceara Osleger

Dr Osleger works with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. They aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore any challenges the client may be facing. Dr Osleger works collaboratively with each client to develop a shared understanding of their difficulties and to consider what approach might be most helpful for them.

Dr Osleger has experience working in a variety of settings and draws on different therapeutic models in their practice. They are trained to deliver therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) but also integrate other approaches in their work, such as Compassion Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy.
