Mr Blessing Dhliwayo

Mr Blessing Dhliwayo is an experienced Consultant Urologist who provides comprehensive diagnostic and surgical care for a wide range of general and specialised urological conditions. He delivers patient-centred medical care, managing both benign and malignant urological disorders with an empathetic, reassuring, and highly professional approach. His clinical practice spans general urology, minimally invasive diagnostic evaluations, and advanced operative management.

Mr Dhliwayo completed his initial medical degree at the University of Zimbabwe, qualifying with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) in 1994. He subsequently undertook extensive postgraduate surgical training in general urology in the United Kingdom and internationally. He holds Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Urology (FRCS Urol), and he is a full member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS).

With a dedicated focus on endourology, uro-oncology, and benign prostatic disease, Mr Dhliwayo has further sub-specialised in advanced keyhole techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic laparoscopic surgery. His operative and clinical expertise includes the treatment of kidney stones, urinary incontinence, adult urinary infections, erectile dysfunction, testicular conditions, male fertility issues, and prostate disorders. He regularly performs vasectomies, phimosis treatments, diagnostic investigations for raised PSA levels, and robotic laparoscopic interventions for both benign and cancerous conditions, always prioritising patient safety and clear communication.
