Billi Silverstein

Billi Silverstein is a dedicated Integrative Psychotherapist practicing at 96 Harley Street and the Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street. With a wealth of experience in therapy, Billi is committed to providing psychotherapy and counselling in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. Her approach incorporates humanistic, behavioural, and psychodynamic interventions, fostering a client-led dynamic that addresses issues such as stress, anxiety, trauma, and loss.

Billi is registered and accredited as an experienced integrative counsellor, psychotherapist, and clinical supervisor. She holds a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, a Postgraduate Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a Postgraduate Certificate in Working With Addiction and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision. She also holds a Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy and Hypno-healing and is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Billi’s extensive background includes several years of focused work in addiction, particularly food addiction, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), and eating disorders. Billi specialises in working with dual diagnosis clients in the context of addiction, serving individuals of all ages and assisting them through various life transitions and critical turning points.

Drawing from her experience, Billi's goal is to help clients expand and improve their emotional skills. She understands that seeking therapy is a complex journey that requires commitment and emotional investment. In her practice, she believes that within a safe and empowering therapeutic relationship, everyone has the capacity to become agents of change.
