Dr Shaw is an excellent consultant. He took the time to listen to my history and quickly recognised my MdDS/PPPD symptoms after a long search for answers. I am grateful for his patience and for finally giving me a clear diagnosis so I can get the right treatment to manage my symptoms.

I am relieved to have discovered Dr Benjamin Shaw. During my Audiovestibular Medicine clinic, Dr Shaw took time to listen carefully. My concerns about my SSHL and tinnitus journey was knowledgeably and expertly assessed with care and patience. The thorough range of mini tests and manipulations that followed were very helpful. during the appointment he was clear and calm, he explained the process really nicely and asked alot of questions to have the best understanding of my situation. his bedside manner was professional as well as kind and helpful.
