Dr Shaw was a breath of fresh air. I was fully listened to, everything was carefully considered, discussed and explained. Treatment options were discussed jointly too. I had done my research and knew I was going to the right place finally, but it was still a big relief for someone to fully hear and genuinely understand. I fully trust that the treatment plan will finally resolve very longstanding and debilitating issues.

I had a follow up online consultation with Dr Shaw, to go through my vestibular test results. He explained the results and diagnosis extremely patiently and clearly, really helping me understand the condition fully. Dr shaw combines expertise with empathy and understanding. He even took the time to help me find a specialist neuro physiotherapist for ongoing rehabilitation. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Shaw for anyone with a vestibular disorder. He is simply brilliant.

His initial examination was very thorough, and after, he talked through his findings in such clear detail. He made me feel like he truly cared about my wellbeing and for the first time, I feel confident that someone is genuinely going to help me feel better.

I met Ben originally while he was working at the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals in the Neuro-otology department. Patients always mentioned his calm and patient approach in a high pressure environment. This is partly why he was such a success but he also has extremely specialist training and a wealth of experience. I'm very pleased to receive his referrals for audio-vestibular assessments as I know our patients will be well looked after.
