First time visiting this hospital, it was quiet, everyone was friendly, there was always someone to ask and clear where I needed to go. Clean, comfortable waiting room and not a long wait time, felt very well run.

Communication and responsiveness is quite poor (other than when they are trying to get you to sign up, then they are VERY proactive), but they got me an appointment to do my scans quite quickly, they run good deals so the the price was decent when I signed up and I am keeping my fingers crossed for a smooth(er) and positive experience and much better teeth soon!

Lukman's advice was always very honest but balanced. At no time did I feel rushed to make a treatment decision. He gave plenty of time to think about things, important for a job entailing 4 replacement crowns and some endodontic treatment as well. He was very professional at all times.
