Arielle Griffin

Arielle Griffin is a highly dedicated Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor with seven years of experience in the field. Her journey into physiotherapy was inspired by her own foot and ankle injuries, which she acquired mainly from her passion for long-distance running and playing netball.

With a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Auckland University of Technology, Arielle has gained skills in assessing and treating various musculoskeletal conditions. She has a particular interest in pre and post-operative rehabilitation, sporting and overuse injuries, and addressing postural dysfunction.

Arielle firmly believes in the integration of therapist-guided strength and conditioning exercises alongside the application of key Pilates principles to enhance flexibility, balance, and posture. She is known for her holistic approach to treatment, focusing not only on addressing the immediate injury but also on preventing future issues and optimising overall well-being.

Currently, Arielle practises as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist at Technique Health and Fitness, with clinics located in Kensal, Vauxhall, and Old Street in London, England. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience working as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist at UCLH Bank and as a Locum MSK Physiotherapist at Piers Meadows Recruitment Ltd, both also based in London. Additionally, she has worked as a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor at Peak Pilates & Physiotherapy in Auckland, New Zealand.

Throughout her career, Arielle has demonstrated a strong commitment to her patients' well-being, providing personalised care and guidance to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
