I’ve been a client of Pure Sports Medicine for two years now, and they’re always efficient, professional, and truly excellent at what they do. My most recent appointment was with Dr. Lauren, who’s outstanding. Her expertise is impressive, and she makes you feel genuinely cared for and in safe hands.

Lauren is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable - she sorted out my injury through physio stretches and exercises over the course of a few months!

Lauren Peacock is an exceptional hand Physio. I had an overuse wrist injury for 9 months and made very little progress even with steroid injection. However after seeing Lauren for just 3 months my wrist is almost fully recovered. She’s professional, knowledgeable and kind. She always makes sure that I feel heard, and most importantly she gives me the confidence and hope that I will be able to recover and have a normal life again. I highly recommend Lauren if you are struggling with a stubborn wrist issue.

Lauren Peacock has been exceptional throughout my rehab process, providing a thorough programme for me to follow. This is adjusted each visit to reflect the progress made post-surgery. She is also personable and makes the process enjoyable.

Lauren was kind, knowledgeable, supportive and just really good at her job - getting my broken finger moving again! What I liked most about my visits was the fact that she made me believe that there was hope for me to regain mobility, something that I thought I had lost forever. She is passionate about her craft and it shows. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine who has been having some issues recently and I would see her again in a heartbeat (although I hope for my finger's sake that I don't have to!)

I had had surgery on the NHS for a broken wrist. I had received little post-surgery advice and expectation setting, and was looking at a wait of over 5 weeks to get an NHS physio appointment to start my path to recovery. I was becoming increasingly concerned that the slow progress, and unexpected post-surgery tingling in a couple of fingers, meant my prospects of a successful outcome were diminishing rapidly. I found a private consultant who referred me to Lauren for hand therapy. Lauren is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, a good listener, great at explaining things and, particularly important for me at the start, reassuring. By the end of my first appointment I understood what was normal and not normal at that stage of recovery, had a wrist exercise plan, and was looking forward to a much better outcome than I had feared. Further surgery during recovery complicated matters, but 9 months after the initial surgery my hand is about 95% back to normal, and Lauren assures me the rest will come right over time. I’m very grateful to Lauren, and her colleague Charlotte, for their expertise over these past months, and highly recommend their work!
