Couldn't recommend Adam more! Incredibly knowledgeable, really great at explaining concepts, exercises, physiology. I felt supported and in great care throughout my rehab.

I came to see Adam just under a year ago after struggling with knee pain. The pain was really effecting my day to day life as well as within exercise. I had seen a number of other physios, who were not really sure where to start. From the off Adam was patient and took his time explaining the processes to me and why it would help. At each stage, we discussed what I could do and what could be added back into my life as opposed to what I’d have to stop being. Over the treatment I’ve now gotten to a stage where I’m no longer in pain and am back running half marathons and training in the gym. Can’t thank Adam enough for his patience and could not recommend him more. Hopefully I won’t need Adam’s services again but wouldn’t go anywhere else if I got injured again.

He knew very well how to help me with my shoulder trauma, providing me with thorough explanations about the importance of the approach taken to strengthen the traumatised area and adapting the exercises as long as some evolutions were observed.
