Dr. Antonia Sherman is a dedicated Counselling Psychologist with a wealth of experience. Specialising in assisting both young people and adults, Dr. Sherman offers compassionate guidance to those dealing with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, and low self-esteem, among other difficulties.

Believing in the transformative power of therapy within a nurturing therapeutic relationship, Dr. Sherman tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her diverse professional background includes extensive experience in schools, charities, and secondary mental health care settings within the NHS, where she has worked with adults as well as with children and adolescents in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
