Mr Maclean was brilliant from start to finish,he explained everything to me,what had gone wrong and how he was going to fix it,he preformed the operation explaining what he was doing, after he told me what to do after the op and he would see me in two weeks,he then saw me again and told me all was ok and I should be ok to do things again, brilliant service.

Exemplary care from start to finish. Professional, competent and delightful team from Reception to the ward and then theatre. Mr Maclean is a truly excellent surgeon both in patient care and his operative skill. I'm hugely grateful to the entire team.

Mr Maclean and his team were very kind and caring and explaining fully what the surgery entailed. I also enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere whilst having the operation done and the interaction with the nurse who kept me distracted and before I realised the op was over.

I was well informed about the procedure ahead of me, and was effectively chaperoned by a kind nurse during the procedure. The doctor and anaesthetist were really empathetic towards me and I very much appreciated that.
