Andy Cotton

Mr Andrew Cotton is an experienced Consultant Osteopath and the co-founder of Fulham Osteopaths. Since beginning his clinical practice in 1989, he has focused on delivering comprehensive care based on the osteopathic principle that a properly balanced body possesses significant capabilities for recovery. He has a specific clinical interest in head and face pain, running a dedicated clinic for these conditions and specialising in the treatment of severe chronic headaches and migraines.

In addition to treating severe and chronic spinal or joint pain, Mr Cotton has developed a highly specialised focus on complex inner ear and spatial orientation issues. His expertise extends to diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of dizziness and balance conditions, including vestibular migraine, Meniere's disease, and Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). Alongside his extensive clinical work, Mr Cotton has been deeply involved in osteopathic education and the academic development of the profession, bringing a rich teaching background that includes previous faculty positions at both the British School of Osteopathy and the London School of Osteopathy, as well as lecturing with the Institute of Classical Osteopathy.
