Fulham Osteopaths

Fulham Osteopaths is a family run osteopathy clinic at 769 Fulham Road, London SW6, a short walk from Parsons Green station. Founded by Andy and Melinda Cotton in 1989, the clinic has been helping patients across Fulham and South West London for over 35 years.

The clinic is led by directors Melinda Cotton, Principal Osteopath, and Andrew Cotton, Consultant Osteopath, who each bring more than 33 years of clinical experience. They are supported by a team of registered osteopaths, a licensed acupuncturist and registered nutritionist, and a reflexologist and herbal medicine practitioner, so patients can access a range of complementary treatments under one roof.

The team treats adults with back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, herniated discs, hip, knee, foot and ankle pain, repetitive strain injury and poor posture. The clinic also runs a dedicated headache and dizziness clinic for patients with migraines and recurring headaches.

Fulham Osteopaths has a special interest in pregnancy, mothers and babies. Osteopaths support women with pregnancy discomfort, pelvic girdle pain, postnatal recovery and urinary incontinence, and offer gentle cranial osteopathy for newborns and infants, including help with feeding, digestion, tongue tie and flat head syndrome. Patients are also seen for stress and anxiety, breathing difficulties, and digestive problems such as constipation.

Treatments include osteopathy, cranial osteopathy, acupuncture, reflexology, herbal medicine and nutritional advice.

Every first visit includes a one hour consultation and treatment, followed by a personalised video report with an action plan, so patients understand what is causing their symptoms and how to recover.

The clinic was purpose built with patient wellbeing in mind, featuring natural light, fresh air ventilation, underfloor heating, natural non toxic materials and soundproofed treatment rooms.
