I was extremely impressed with Richard’s ability to put me at ease, and to explain the procedure and aftercare clearly. The piercing process itself was straightforward, and the discomfort minimal. I felt that he was extremely thorough and took time to learn about how migraine affected me personally - there’s no “one size fits all” approach here! I arrived at the appointment with a migraine. I left without one. Fantastic.
