Dr. Alka Patel is an experienced and sought after Lifestyle Medicine Physician, General Practitioner and Longevity Expert.

D Alka completed her medical degree in 1995, graduating from Guys and St Thomas's Medical School, University of London.

She obtained a distinction in the Membership of the Royal College of GPs (MRCGP) and achieved Diplomas in Lifestyle Medicine and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, she has obtained an accredited coaching qualification from the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) and additional qualifications in  medical specialties such as gynaecology, obstetrics, and dermatology.

She is well known in the media with features in publications such as OK!, Hello and The Daily Mail and is an internationally acclaimed award winning speaker. Her TEDx Talk, Health is a Verb, not a Noun, has had over half a million views  and her podcasts, The Lifetyle First Podcast and Health Hacktivators rank in the top 10% of all podcasts.
