I had a fantastic consultation with Dr Alicia Ng for some stubborn hand eczema. She was incredibly thorough and kind, and she really took the time to understand how managing a busy job and changing nappies for two young sons was affecting my skin. Dr Ng didn't just hand over a prescription; she put together a really clear, stepped-up management plan. She gave me brilliant, practical advice on switching to a soap substitute and exactly how to safely use a stronger ointment. I left feeling thoroughly reassured and confident about getting my hands sorted. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Alicia Ng. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and quickly diagnosed a scalp cyst that had been bothering me. She took the time to explain the surgical removal process clearly and provided all the necessary details for my insurance. I felt completely reassured and well-informed throughout the consultation. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Dr Alicia Ng highly enough! I saw her for a large number of skin tags around my neck and bra line that were constantly catching on my jewellery and clothing, which was becoming quite painful and frustrating. Dr Ng was incredibly professional and thorough during the examination. She took the time to explain the benign nature of the lesions, which was very reassuring. What I appreciated most was her clear management plan; she categorised the different types of lesions—including some seborrhoeic keratoses I hadn't even identified myself—and organised them into dedicated sessions to ensure everything is removed properly.

I saw Dr Alicia Ng for an incredibly itchy rash around my eyes and neck that just wouldn't clear up, even after trying over-the-counter creams. She was very thorough during the examination, identifying the issue as allergic contact dermatitis and noticing patches I hadn't even seen behind my ears. She provided a clear management plan, including a Protopic prescription and helpful advice on avoiding fragrances. I’m really relieved to have a proper diagnosis—highly recommend her.

Came for a possible ringworm infection treatment. The doctor was friendly, very attentive and prescribed drugs which did the job.
