Mr Ali Arshad

This is the first time I have experienced care in a private facility and I cannot rate the experience enough. Mr Arshad performed a cholecystectomy (Gallbladder removal) using a robot, and I have made a swift recovery. I had everything thoroughly checked and was given clear advice of what to expect leading up to my surgery and after. I would definitely recommend Mr Arshad to anyone and will definitely go straight back with any future ailments, though I am hoping there aren't any!

Dr Arshad explained very clearly what was involved and needed to fix my hernia while answering all my questions. This was done in a relaxed and supportive way which gave me complete confidence in what was planned. No pressure, everything was explained which made it easy for me to decide to proceed. Dr Ali, thanks for being such a skilled, professional surgeon and helping me when needed.

Mr Arshad, who removed my gallbladder, was outstanding in every way. He clearly explained what the operation involved beforehand, including the risks, and was equally solicitous both in hospital after the operation and with the follow-up appointment.

Firstly I found Mr Ali arshad welcoming, caring with a professional manner, explaining my Hernia Procedure. on my 1st consultation. On the morning of my Procedure Mr Ali Arshad and his team, again explained my Procedure prior to my Hernia operation. The night nurse checked on me throughout the night making sure everything was OK with me. Mr Ali Arshad again visited me after my Procedure the next morning. My Procedure has completely heeled up very well. I found Mr Ali Arshad and his team fantastic from start to finish, thank you all. Very excellent experience.

Our experience with Dr Arshad was unmatched. My wife was facing a big operation to address a suspicious lesion in her pancreas. With a history of breast cancer she was of course quite worried about undergoing major surgery to remove the tumour, which necessarily included the removal of her spleen. Dr Arshad took us through the process and outlined the follow up care and recovery, always reassuring and expertly managing our expectations. He made special arrangements for my wife's pathology ensuring that it was seen quickly and by the best people. The surgery itself went perfectly. His use of robotic surgery techniques resulted in pinpoint accuracy and a recovery period for my wife which was well ahead of the curve. We have now moved on to my wife's breast care team, and frankly we are a bit saddened by the fact that we will no longer be under Dr Arshad's care. He is a wonderful man and dedicated surgeon. I can not recommend him highly enough.
