Mrs Alexandra Dencheva

Mrs Alexandra Dencheva is a registered counselling psychologist and adolescent interpersonal psychotherapist. They support children, young people and their families. They also have experience working with adults with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. Mrs Dencheva offers a listening ear and a non-judgemental and safe space where clients can explore, learn to express and manage their difficulties. They support clients to learn the skills of problem solving and perspective taking to address practical difficulties when dealing with situations and managing interactions with others. Their work is trauma and neurodiversity informed.
