I recently had my umbilical hernia repaired by Mr James, and the entire experience was excellent. My recovery was smooth and I am very pleased with the results. Mr James was both professional and friendly throughout, and I felt well cared for at every stage. A truely five-star experience- Thank you!
My hospital visit was a positive experience. But take a warm dressing gown as I was cold waiting to go to theatre. All of the staff were friendly, kind and helpful.
Mr James saw me on time, gave a clear explanation of the procedure which had taken place, including photos (before & after). He was able to reassure me that everything was on track.
The care couldn’t have been better and I would definitely return to Spire Gatwick Park.
Good explanation of the procedure I had and observations made during the procedure.
Dr James has been fantastic throughout. He was open, discursive and informative during the initial consultation, the pre-op and followup consultation. He was friendly, open and happy to discuss any concerns and provided answers to all my questions.
From the start to finish went extremely smoothly. Very happy with recovery and results. Thank you Mr James
Mr James. Explained the procedure, when i said i wanted to proceed asap a date was found promptly. He came round on the day of the op to see if i needed any questions answering and to explain the op , then checked in how i was in recovery. Today was my 4 weekly check up, where Mr James answered all my outstanding questions., checked the wounds and put my mind at rest , the whole experience has been overall very easy and Mr James is a true professional.
Mr James was absolutely wonderful during my mum’s recent consultation. From the moment we arrived, he put us completely at ease and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble — he was more than happy to explain things in detail and was very open to questions throughout. His approach was pragmatic and reassuring, and above all he came across as a truly kind, compassionate, and charming consultant. We left feeling listened to, informed, and confident in the care provided.
Everything was explained to me in a format that I could understand. Alan was very helpful in understanding my circumstances.
