Professor Ahmad Aurakzai

Professor A. Aurakzai is a Consultant Paediatrician specialising in Neurodisability and Neurodevelopment, with over 35 years of experience working with children and nearly two decades focused on neurodevelopmental paediatrics. He is the Medical Director at Beacon Autism & ADHD Clinic and leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting all aspects of a child’s care.

He holds fellowships and memberships from respected institutions, including the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland. Professor Aurakzai completed his MB BS at the University of Peshawar in 1983 and later earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Neurodisability from Sheffield Hallam University.
