Both the receptionist and the doctor were most friendly helpful and welcoming. They could not have done more to help me feel at ease and valued. The doctor spent time teasing out the key points of my problem in an unhurried manner and provided a plan of action. I thoroughly recommend the service and I am sure I will use it again.

Unbelievable experience, very relaxed, nothing like the rushed 10 minutes you get with an NHS GP, you really feel like an individual who is being listened to and treated accordingly. Dr Watts is an amazing doctor, he was actually my NHS GP for more than 25 years before he retired but I tracked him down. I will trust no other doctor with my health concerns going forward. Lovely, friendly receptionist too which isn’t often said about a doctors receptionist these days.

Our visit was very thorough with the Doctor listening carefully and working hard to make a good recommendation. It is good to see someone who has the time . The only downside for me was that the appointment was held upstairs and the stairs are steep and a tight turn. Having just had knee surgery it wasn't ideal . I made it though and wouldn't let that put me off.
